"Do you mean my prinsesstårta magnet?" Agnes had a magnet on the refrigerator that was of the iconic green-colored cake served at parties back home in Sweden. This particular magnet, however, gave the cake a smiling face as well as a princess crown because of the name. It was her favorite magnet. Her little sister had gotten it for her when she first left for university. Mathilda had saved up her money and had been so excited to be able to purchase it. Agnes treasured it ever since—even if the magnet wasn't the strongest and struggled to hold more than a single sheet of thin paper.

Taking out the strawberries from the refrigerator, Agnes moved to set them on the counter, doing her best to keep them out of the grasp of a very enthused toddler. The moment Gunnar realized he was getting strawberries, his little face had lit up. He could barely wait for them to be cut up and served to him. He wanted them now. "Gubbe! Gubbe!" He continued to try and reach for the berries; but his mamma knew him well enough to contain him. "Do you want to see impressive?" Agnes briefly turned her attention to Jette, a small smirk beginning to spread upon her face as she turned back to Gunnar. "Om du vill ha jordgubbar, ställ dig vid mammas ben och håll i hennes byxor." She instructed the toddler before placing him on the ground by her feet. He listened to his mamma's instructions and moved to stand beside her, his little fingers wrapping around the fabric of her pants. Her father had done a similar thing with her and her siblings when they were little. She'd implemented it with Gunnar as soon as he was old enough to walk. He wouldn't always listen and stay beside her; but when he did, it saved her a lot of time and sanity.

Fortunately, the cutting board was already out on the counter and within reach. And the knife drawer was within reach too. So as she continued conversing with Jette, Agnes was able to start prepping the strawberries. Little tiny bite-sized pieces for Gunnar and halves for both herself and Jette. "Min pappa teached me it is important to have a welcoming home. Friends and family should feel comfortable. Food makes people feel comfortable." Swedes as a whole were known for not feeding their guests; but the Lindqvist family was one of the exceptions. They may have had very little when Agnes was growing up; but they always ensured they had enough to give. "This will be my first conversation with you when I am 100% sober." The brunette chuckled at the mere thought. Every other time she'd conversed with Jette had been at the bar. She'd start off sober and end up mild-to-moderately buzzed by the end of the night.

He snorted a little as he looked over her head at the fridge. "The one next to the hook. Doesn't look like one I've seen. Not that I have seen all the magnets in the world but you know." Letting his shoulders shrug slightly, he waited for her answer. His hands firmly pressed against the wall as his back leaned back. "I gotta say that is quite impressive. Juggling a baby and cutting up fruit." Frankly, he thought she'd probably would set him down for it but still it was impressive to him.

"I'll take some fruit. Thank you. You're a gracious host. Feel like you and my grandma would get on well. In a way you two are similar." He quieted down for a second before he spoke again. "I'll be honest it feels a little weird not talking to you at work. Not a bad weird just that it feels like we've leveled up in the friendship department. It's nice." JJ at work was more extroverted, outgoing in a way that it was needed of him but out of work, he was reserved.
